It is an impressive set by immense savannahs, tropical forests, hills and archaeological rivers, and abundant flora and fauna, which is located in eastern Bolivia.

The region has beautiful buildings dating from the seventeenth century. Over the walls we find fine paintings and decorations with religious themes, also pulpits of a delicate carved wooden railings and tile roofs, maintaining the architectural style of the time of the Missions. Among the most important temples are San Lorenzo, San Ignacio, San Javier, San Francisco de Borja, San Pedro, Kings Temple, the Temple of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and  Santa Ana. No less important are the Temples of San Joaquin, San Ramon and  Maria Magdalene.

Trinidad, the capital of the department, located northeast of the Republic to 155 meters above sea level, a colonial city, where it can be seen as attractive: Laguna Suarez an artificial lake located five kilometers from Trinidad, was built by the ancient civilization that he named as Paititiana Socoreno (pond animals). Later, the place was acquired by the signing Suarez Brothers., Who changed the original name and christened as the Laguna Suarez. The beautiful natural light makes the place into a tourist attraction. In its shores of paradise is an area known as the "Tapacaré", which covers an approximate area of eleven hectares.

Flotel Reina del Enín offers a pleasant cruise on the Amazon ecological visiting indigenous communities such as San Renato, (Yurakaré culture) combining with navigation activities in the jungle hiking and horseback riding, visiting the protected area Chuchini, also we visit farmers.

San Ignacio de Moxos, folk capital of Beni, whose temple was built with Jesuit architectural lines. This town is famous for its annual festival in which people dress "toritos" and "breasts" to exit through the main streets in devotion to San Ignacio. In the festival highlights the macheteros famous musicians and groups involved with fantastic musical instruments made by them. It is a festival full of joy and colorful that the visitor can not fail to see.

Rurrenabaque, commonly called "Rurre" is located northeast of Bolivia, 200 Km. the city of La Paz and 355 km. Trinidad.

It is the starting point for visiting the forest and the pampas. It is a beautiful place with lush vegetation, flora and fauna. In the area there are several ethnic groups as Chimanes, Mosetenes, Chamas and Tacanas.

Rurrenabaque has what is needed to enjoy a good fish (especially of species like the surubí, gold, tile, and pacú piraíbas).

Rurrenabaque is the gateway entrance to one of the most beautiful places in the Bolivian Amazon, Madidi National Park.
