Rates
All amounts shown are per person and in US dollars. They are determined on an annual basis, but are
subject to change without notice. Our fees do not include personal expenses, airport or bus/train terminal
taxes, excess baggage cost, extended visa or vaccination charges, etc.
Payment method
A 50% down payment is required to confirm a reservation, and the balance of payment is due 10 days
before the arrival of customers. Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit cards Visa or MasterCard
with 4% recharge.
Reservations
Reservations must be made sufficiently in advance via fax, letter or email. Rooming list groups,
10 day before the arrival of passengers.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing, at least 15 days in advance, to obtain refund less
administrative fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours before the service is scheduled to begin will
be charged 50% of the total package cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the total package cost.
No Show
A customer with confirmed reservations who fails to arrive and whose reservations were not cancelled.
The cost of the unused package services will not be refunded (partial or total).
Packages
Our tour packages include transfers, excursions in vehicles – private or regular – depending on
the program chosen, a bilingual guide, admission to sites visited and meals where indicated in the
program.
Accommodations
We reserve the right to change accommodations to those of similar or better
standard where circumstances warrant.
Young children
Children under the age
of 2 years old (except air
tickets) free of charge, while
children ages 2 to 10 pay 70%
of the regular cost.
Groups
A
group
is
considered
to
be at least 15 people travelling
together.
Tour Conductor
Excursions
and
single
accommodations
are
provided
free of charge for one tour conductor for each group
of 15 paid customers
Documentation
All
travellers
must
ensure
that
the personal
and family
documentation
(passport,
visa, vaccination certificates, etc.) they carry for the tour is current and
in order.
Responsibility
Queen Travel & Representations SRL acts
solely as an intermediary between
customers and those who provide
services connected with the
tour, including air, land,
river or lake transportation,
accommodation, meals, etc.,
and as such is not liable for
the delay or cancellation of
such services, lost luggage,
or accidents that may occur while these services are in effect.
Queen Travel & Representations SRL does not assume liability for
costs incurred as the result of lost luggage or documents, departure or arrival
delays, missed flights or land/air connections, or change of itinerary further
to social conflicts, Acts of God or other events beyond its control. |
